Pocketpair’s open-world survival action RPGCraftopiahas been available as an Early Access title since 2020, but it received a big update on 27th June 2023. Called the “Seamless Update,” it’s fixed a wide range of bugs, improved gameplay mechanics, and tweaked the online multiplayer. So, anyone who hasn’t tried the game or fell out of love with it years prior may like to give it a fresh start.

But, for all its features like farming minigames and mining minerals, it’s still an RPG with stats to boost and HP to heal. There are plenty of ways to replenish one’s numbers, with the best being to break out the cooking pot and make some dishes.

9Mono Stew

Mono Stew doesn’t require much to make. Just one Suspicious Spice and a captured Mono (thoughmaking a stew with something suspicioussounds familiar). As such, it doesn’t provide much in the way of health or mana. It also tanks the player’s defense down by 100 points, but at least it provides +25 to max stamina.

However, it does provide 500 points to Attack, which is a pretty significant power boost. If players have the Defense stats to spare or like going berserk against foes, the Mono Stew will give them a reason to charge into the fray and go all-out.

8Ice Cream

This snack requires a few ingredients: just one milk, egg, and sugar each, followed by a chocolate bar. It adds 75 points to health, mana, and max mana, and +10 to max stamina, which isn’t bad for a little boost and is pretty standard for a Snack item. In fact, it’s quite similar to theCupcake, which requires wheat flour and butter instead of milk, and gives 90 points to Attack too.

Both it andthe Ice Creamalso provide 150 points to Max Health, making them joint-third best in the game for this stat. But the Ice Cream also boosts the player’s MATK by 90 points, which makes their magic hit harder. So, for anyone who likes to lean on their spell abilities, Ice Cream will be the ideal item to go for over the Cupcake.

7Ratatouille

Snacks and conditional dishes aside, this simmered dish is the first true meal players should consider for keeping their stats up. Requiring just one tomato, eggplant, zucchini, and onion, Ratatouille makes for a handy pick-me-up that offers some beefy perks.

It heals health and refills mana by 150 points each, tops up max mana by 100 points, and provides an extra 25 points to max stamina. The dish also provides 50 points to satiety, which can be enough to activate the auto-heal perk or bring low-health players out of its debuffs. Its +75 MATK is also good for heavy magic users too.

6Mapo Eggplant

The best individual dish for max mana is the Mapo Eggplant. Get one animal flesh, and top it off with an eggplant, cooking oil, and a single chili pepper in the cooking pot, and it’ll provide 120 max mana points in one serving.

It’ll also top up on mana in general by 150 points, boost health by 150 points, and give +25 to max stamina. Like Ratatouille, it’ll also top up satiety by 50 points to bring players back from the brink or buff them up before heading back into the fray.

5Sauerkraut

Requiring a cabbage, one helping of vinegar, and one chili pepper, this classic German dish is joint-first in providing the most mana per serving. Any player starving for more magic points will get 300 mana after scoffing down some sauerkraut.

The dish will also refill HP by 150 points and add +25 to max stamina. It’s a good dish to stockpile, particularly as it can also be sold for 9,032G each and perk up Attack and MATK as a Picture Book Reward. So, don’t overlook the cabbageswhen farming vegetables.

4Butter Chicken Curry

The other top dish for mana isButter Chicken Curry, which also replenishes 300 mana but heals more health with 250 points and offers double the usual max stamina rewards with 50 points. It offers 70 points in satiety, too, making it a hefty dish all around.

The player just needs 1 animal flesh (presumably chicken), one serving of butter, a single tomato, and one chili pepper to cook up. That is if they don’t get lucky and find one in a supply pod or treasure chest lying around somewhere.

3Jambalaya

As far as plain health recovery goes, the Jambalaya can’t be topped. This rice dish offers 600 health points in one serving, alongside 200 mana and 25+ max stamina. Its drawbacks are that it doesn’t do anything for the player’s other stats.

That said, it’ll also fill their satiety by 100 points, pretty much filling the player’s character up in one go. Depending on their level, that could be enough to take a player from losing health with each step to auto-healing in one serving. Provided they have the rice, chili pepper, onion, sausage, and pepper to cook it up in time.

2Tempura

This Japanese dishis less filling at just 50 satiety points. But it’s also good at topping up health and magic. On top of 200 health points, it adds 250 max health points, 100 mana points, and +50 to max stamina. It offers more variety than the Jambalaya, hence its higher placement.

It needs a shrimp, an eggplant, 2 portions of cooking oil, an egg, and one wheat flour to cook up. If players can’t get those, theSweet & Sour Fried Fishwill also help out. It only offers 150 health, 175 max health, and 50 mana, but that’s a solid amount to get from 1 set of luxury fillets, cooking oil, vinegar, sugar, and wheat flour.

1Futomaki

If players need perks across the board, it’s hard to argue against the Futomaki. The dish is humble in replenishing health and mana and doesn’t boost max health or max mana. It’s also light on satiety, filling it by just 35 points. However, it boosts Attack by 200 points, defense by 25 points, max stamina by 75 points, and provides the most MATK with 200 points.

It’s a magic user’s dream dish, requiring one helping of rice, an egg, vinegar, crab, and seaweed. TheSea Urchin Ship Rollwill do if the player doesn’t have an egg and has a sea urchin instead of a crab, but it only offers 75 health & mana and doesn’t boost MATK. It makes up for that by offering 220 Attack points, but for sturdiness in all stats, get that crab and cook up some Futomaki.
