The League of Villains are themost powerful villains inMy Hero Academia, and they have come together to form an organization and destroy the hero society. As the primary antagonistic force in this anime, they always bring their A-game whenever they want to attack the city and the heroes.
Even with a change of leaders, their efforts never dwindled, and they remained stronger than ever. When they changed leadership from All For One to Tomura Shigaraki, their numbers increased, and even merged with another villainous organization, the Meta Liberation Army, to become theParanormal Liberation Front.

This hospital is known for its state-of-the-art medical equipment, which makes it well-placed to treat complex wounds that heroes might sustain during battle.
It was also this hospital that helpedHawks fake Best Jeanist’s deathas a ploy to trick the villains during his time undercover. This goes to show that the heroes can trust this organization, as this secret was well-kept until it served its purpose.

This is an organization of law-enforcing officials in theMy Hero Academiaworld. The job of the police force is to arrest the villainsthat the pro-heroes defeat. Since the appearance of quirks and the existence of heroes, the job of the police force has been reduced, but it remains relevant.
While the heroes fight the villains with quirks, the police force takes care of the quirkless villains. The police still apprehend the villains with quirks after the heroes have dealt with them and they take them into custody. The police and the hero work hand in hand, as the police also brief heroes in training on what they can and cannot do. For instance, Tenya, Todoroki, and Midoriya were spoken to by the chief of police, who informed them that what they did, fighting a villain as an unlicensed hero, was illegal.

This organization is in place to ensure that the heroes do not use their quirks to oppress those without them. The Hero Public Safety Commission is also in charge of giving heroes their licenses, which gives them the legal authority to use their quirks to fight villains.

Organization Headed By The Current Number One Pro Hero In Japan
This is a hero organization headed by the number one pro hero in Japan, Endeavor. Most pro-heroes in this anime series have their agency and heroes orsidekicks that work under them, ready to go out and fight villains. The heroes under the agency usually have a similar quirk to the hero that is in charge, and Endeavor, because of his flame quirk, has employees with a fire and heat type of quirk.
Hero agencies also take up heroes in training to show them what life is like as a hero. It is more than fighting bad guys as paperwork is involved as well as answering civilians' many requests. Endeavor Agency is also where Midoryiya, Bakugo, and Shoto had their Hero Internships.

To most civilians and even heroes, Jaku General Hospital was a normal hospital whose goal was to render medical care to wounded patients. However, this establishment had ulterior motives. Jaku General Hospital is owned by Kyudai Garaki, who cared Nomusthan caring for his patients.
The heroes were able to uncover the secret of this organization and raid it, destroying most of the Nomus that Garaki spent all his life working for. Unfortunately for the heroes, they were unable to defeat Tomura Shigaraki as he woke up from his treatment and destroyed the hospital and buildings all around it and across the cities with his enhanced decay quirk.
