The Lightscale Trident is an efficient spear that players get as a reward for dealing with Vah Ruta. The best part about this weapon is that players can always reforge it if it’s broken, althoughthis does require a trek to Zora’s Domainevery now and then.

6Thunderspear
Theelemental weapons inBreath of the Wildcan hit for some serious damage while using fire, ice, or thunder to deal additional damage with unique effects of their own. Spears also have elemental variants, and the Thunderspear is a great way to trivialize most encounters in the game.

One hit of this weapon is enough to make all but the hardest enemies drop their weapons in the game, which can prove to be extremely useful for obvious reasons. The Ancient Spear is one such weapon that players can use to hack a Stalker’s limbs or take out a Skywatcher’s propellor in one fell swoop. It’s a pretty effective weapon that looks great to boot, and players can forge this weapon in the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab with enough Guardian parts.
2Savage Lynel Spear
Lynels are some of the toughest enemies that players can encounter in the game. They hit like a truck, take no prisoners, and have a wealth of moves that can be tricky to deal with. However, over time, players will figure out the counters to their moves and will be able to take out these powerful enemies with efficient weapons and honed skills.
A huge reason why players should fight Lynels in the game is to get their equipment. The Royal Guard’s Spear is one of the four weapons that players can obtain from this set and is just as powerful as players assume.
Picking off enemies from a range is satisfying enough as is, and the Royal Guard’s Spear intensifies the satisfaction of this weapon tenfold. It’s the hardest-hitting spear in the game and looks pretty incredible as well.
