WhenCall of Duty: Warzonebrings back features, it is usually things that players loved such as limited time modes or certain cosmetic packs. However,Call of Duty: Warzonehas seen the return of numerous glitches as well, with the latest bug to make a comeback being the game’s frustrating wall glitch.
UnlikeCall of Duty: Warzone’s demon texture bug, which sees the weapons held by players looking very wrong, the wall glitch is not something that can be ignored. With the glitch completely costing players matches, this bug has been one of the most despised issues to ever be seen inCall of Duty: Warzone. While players have had a long break from the frustrating glitch, as the bug was removed back during Season 1, players are reporting that it has returned.

Much like theCall of Duty: Warzonestim glitch, the latest appearance of the wall bug seems to have come out of nowhere. While Infinity Ward will hopefully be able to release a fix for the issue soon, the fact that it has been lurking in the shadows since the game released is a worrying sign. As shown in a Reddit clip from Irons21, the bug is very much alive and well, as the Redditor is seemingly gunned down by the wall itself.
Upon viewing the killcam, Irons21 realizes that an actual squad was shooting him through the garage wall. With the glitch in question only requiring that players park a vehicle near the buggy wall and leave the truck, it is an incredibly easy exploit to pull off. The players are completely obscured by the wall, though they can see everything going on outside of it — and can clearly still do damage. Withwall-relatedCall of Duty: Warzoneglitchesprevalent for several months now, it is hard to blame players for being upset.
While the exploit is beyond annoying and wastes the time of the players killed by it, it is not as overpowered asthe unstoppable Juggernaut bugfor one key reason. As pointed out by numerous commenters, if players see a vehicle parked like the one seen in Irons21’s clip, it is almost always indicative that players are hiding in the wall nearby. This makes it possible to ruin the experience of the cheaters by destroying their vehicle, leaving them with no way out of the spot.
While it should be reassuring to players that there is a way to counter the glitch, hopefully a patch comes soon that removes it entirely. With players having frustrations with all the recent bugs as well asCall of Duty: Warzone’s melee system, it would be for the best if some fixes arrived soon.
Call of Duty: Warzoneis available on PC, PS4, Ps5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
