Capcom is currently struggling with a major data breach that has seen a slew of its upcoming projects potentially leaked. Besides potentialMonster HunterPC ports and an apparentResident Evil 4VR port, the Capcom leak has also revealed that an apparentAce Attorneycollection is in the works, with this one consisting of more titles than previously-released versions.

If the leak is to be believed, Capcom is working on anAce Attorneycollection that includes theoriginal Phoenix Wright trilogy, along with the 3DSGreat Ace Attorneytitles. TheGreat Ace Attorneygames have never been released outside of Japan, but the leak indicates that Capcom is working on translating the games. This could mean thatAce Attorneyenthusiasts outside of Japan will finally get the chance to try theGreat Ace Attorneygames for themselves, so this should be exciting news for fans of the franchise.

The leak says that this supposedAce Attorneycollection will be released for Nintendo Switch and PS4, which seems like a bit of a missed opportunity. After all, both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles are now available, and while the systems do offer backward compatibility, one would think Capcom would want to release proper next-gen versions of the collection. Of course, it’s also possible that the leak is inaccurate and Capcom has no plans on actually releasing thisAce Attorneycollection on any platforms, so fans should keep their expectations in check.

The latestAce Attorneygame to release outside of Japan was 2016’sPhoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice, which earned mostly positive reviews and was generally well-received by fans. However, neither it norDual Destiniesare mentioned by the leak, andApollo Justice: Ace Attorneyis also nowhere to be found. Since these titles weren’t part of the originalAce Attorneycollection, it would be great to see them re-released as well, but maybe Capcom is saving them for a different collection of titles down the line.

Meanwhile, theGreat Ace Attorneygames being localized would mean that every title in theAce Attorneyfranchisewould be available in English, with the exception of one.Ace Attorney Investigations 2, a game starring prosecutor Miles Edgeworth, has never been released outside of Japan despite originally launching all the way back in 2011. Maybe Capcom could be convinced to release it and the originalAce Attorney Investigationsin a bundle if this newAce Attorneycollection sells well enough.

A newAce Attorneycollection is rumored to be in development for PS4 and Switch.
