Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunionfeatures some great side quests that can only be accessed during certain chapters. InChapter 4, Zack will meet Aerith and ask her to go on a date. To complete the Good Match for Aerith side quest, however, he must first take part in the Number-Guessing minigame guide.

To begin the Number-Guessing minigame inCrisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, Zack must first locate Bruno, the young boy who stole his wallet. After a short cutscene, he will then be given access to explore theSector 5 Slums - Market, speak to the residents, and take part in a few minigames. While each minigame is challenging in its own way,the Number-Guessing minigamecan be unusually tough to figure out.
How To Find The Number-Guessing Minigame
Upon entering the Sector 5 Slums - Market from the Sector 5 Slums - Street inChapter 4, Zack can approach the boy standing to his immediate right. So long as the previous part of theGood Match for Aerith side questhas been completed, the young boy should offer Zack the chance to take part in his game.
As its name implies, the Number-Guessing minigame requires Zack toguess a certain number. The boy will explain to Zack that a particular number of children is going to walk by, and then he will ask Zack to predict the number himself. Though it is possible to guess the correct number by chance, there is a more reliable way to come out on top.
How To Guess The Correct Number
If Aerith is by Zack’s side, the player will be given the option to choose who decides on the number. Letting Zack pick the number will force the player to reach a decision themselves while choosing Aerith will reveal two possible numbers,one of which is guaranteed to be correct.
If they wish, the player canuse one of Aerith’s guesses, but there is a chance they might choose incorrectly. To further improve Zack’s chances of guessing the right number, players should ask the young boy for what he thinks the number could be. The boy will then list offthree numbers he believes have a high chance of being correct.
One of these guesses is correct, but it’s impossible to tell without any other information. Thankfully, Aerith’s previous guess will help players easily determine what the correct number is. By comparing both Aerith’s and the boy’s answers, players will notice that they each said the same number in their guesses.The same number they say is the correct answer, and thus should be the number Zack chooses.
Upon successfully guessing the right number, the boy willcongratulate Zack for his victorybefore offering him the"big prize"he alluded to before. The prizes will vary depending on the attempt, so incorrectly guessing will not affect Zack’s chances of claiming them on a different attempt.
