How to Get Icefall Mantle Exotic in Destiny 2
To find the gauntlets, Guardians will need to head over to either the EDZ or Europa map. From there, it is a matter of completing Legend or Master tier Lost Sectors until the armor drops randomly. This means that the player’s Power Level has to be at least 1250 or 1280 to even access these areas. If below that, make sure to run the various activities tolevel up to over 1200 fast inDestiny 2.
The next thing to know is that earning this piece requires solo play. If working together in a fireteam, the Icefall Mantle will never drop, even if it has a high chance to. So for the time being, lose the allies and get ready to be a one Guardian army.
Fortunately, Bungie set it up so players can see which type of armor is most likely to appear. These odds change on a daily rotation, so skip on running Lost Sectors if gauntlets are not appearing.
Once reaching a day where the drop rate is high, land on one of the two maps to begin grinding for the Icefall Mantle. BetweenLegend and Master Lost Sectors, run the latter at 1280 because the Exotic drops as a common. If unable to compete at that tier, the former tier at 1250 still drops the piece as an uncommon. These mini-dungeons are fairly challenging, so Guardians will want to bring their best weapons and armor builds to beat them without much trouble.
