Before starting, speak with Ikora in the Tower, who will give players a special quest for the dungeon. Complete the following Triumphs to receive an increased chance for the bow to drop:

How To Get TheHierarchy Of NeedsCatalyst
Once players have the bow itself, they can receive the catalyst for it as well.Unlike inDualitywhere players had to go through the entire dungeon hunting down secret enemies, this time, players simply need tocomplete the Spire of the Watcher dungeon on Master difficulty once for the catalyst to drop.
Completing the dungeon on Master difficulty is no easy task, especially early on in the season. It’s recommended that players up their light before undertaking this task, as the light level for theMaster difficulty is 1610. Champions will be in abundance, along with shielded combatants, and Overload champions in particular seem to be abundant, as every Minotaur that needs to be killed for the Arctrician buff is an Overload.

After acquiring the catalyst, players will have to upgrade it by scoring kills with theHierarchy of Needsbow.Light.GGplaces the number of kills at 700, but given that the bow has infinite ammo as a primary, this shouldn’t take too long to farm provided players keep the bow equipped as often as possible.
What TheHierarchy Of NeedsCatalyst Does
Hierarchy of Needscharges aGuidance Ringwhen players score final blows. Once the charge is complete they can shoot out this ring, and firing through it will instead fire seeking projectiles that will deal increased damage.
With the catalyst, deploying theGuidance Ring, and dealing damage through it provides additional buffs. The draw time of the bow and its reload speed are both improved for a brief period of time.
