In the scene where Wolverine is launching attacks at Deadpool while the latter dodges them all, there is a sense of déjà vu. As pointed out by the user, it mirrors a scene from the 2002Spider-Manmovie, where Peter Parker skillfully dodges the attacks of his school bully, Flash Thompson.
