Popular Twitch streamer Guy “Dr. DisRespect” Beahm continues his foray into other areas of the entertainment world. The two-time esports streamer of the yearhas already shown up on WWE Smackdownand Jimmy Kimmel’s late night talk show, but that simply isn’t enough for The Doc.
Dr. DisRespect has amassed a sizable following on Twitch, with over 4 million followers and approximately 24,000 subs, there are few streamers out there who can claim to be bigger than him. While there has been someDr. Disrespect controversy, and not everyone is a fan of the character, there is no denying that he is a recognizable face in the video game world.

Beahm’s latest venture will be to write a comedic memoir for the Dr. DisRespect character. A nod to his catchphrase, the memoir is tentatively titledViolence. Speed. Momentum. and will delve into the history of the character with “never-before-told stories.” The book will be released in the spring of 2021 from Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, and will also be accompanied by an audiobook read by the author.
Slowly but surely Beahm has branched out into areas other than gaming. Having alreadyintroduced a line of streetwear for the Champions Club(the name for The Doc’s channel supporters), now fans will get the real scoop on the towering 6 foot 8 inch “WWE character in the competitive gaming world.” Speaking about what fans should expect from the memoir, The Doc himself has declared that “fans worldwide will soon marvel at my history’s secrets.”
It is impressive that this larger-than-life character has achieved such heights of popularity. Beahm’s commitment to playing Dr. DisRespect is admirable. His fans have recognized it, and more recently, those outside the gaming world have taken notice. Not only does Beahm have the memoir to work on, he recently signed a development deal with the creators of theWalking Deadtelevision series towork on a Dr. Disrespect TV series. The sky seems to be the limit for Dr. DisRespect, or as he would put it “I’m on top of the mountain, and I’m only half way up!”
