Traversing it can be a little tricky, particularly for those who haven’t yet unlocked all of the game’s items, though there’s thankfully a way to expedite this process once players have gotten their hands on the Animal Flute.

Flute melodies can be used in a variety of other situations too, from freeing cats in cages to freezing freaky skeletal fish. The following guide contains every flute song inAnimal Welland information on what they all do.

All Warp Songs in Animal Well
In addition to its animal-themed warp room,Animal Well’s fast travel systemmakes use of warp songs, most of which can be found by using the UV Lantern. It’s important to note that players won’t actually need to find these melodies themselves to be able to use them, so those who lack the patience to scour the map for secrets can save themselves some time.

Miscellaneous Animal Well Flute Songs
In addition to all of the aforementioned melodies, there are a handful of miscellaneous flute songs inAnimal Well; each of which has very specific use cases. Playing the Egg Song in the egg room will unlock a secret chamber containing the Office Key, while playing the Bobcat Song in the Bobcat Room allows players to get the Wheel without having to rescue the five cats. Lastly, the Eel Song can be played to freeze the skeletal fish inthe area that’s unlocked using the E Medal, while the Duck and Mama Cha songs reward players with figurines. It’s worth noting, though, that the latter will only work in the dog bowl room to the southeast of the dog warp head statue.

Animal Well Flute Cipher
As mentioned above, most of the flute songs inAnimal Wellcan be found byexploring the game’s world, though many of them will need to be translated before players can actually use them. If players find a code that’s given to them in numbers or as a series of faces, they can use the flute cipher above to figure out how to play it. In short, though, the faces on the image line up with the eight possible directions, while the numbers start with one on the right and move around each position clockwise, so down-right is two, down is three, down-left is four, and so on.
