Ubisoft’s sixth entry in the esteemedFar Cryseries has much to entice newcomers and series vets alike. From the adrenaline-fueled shooter and stealth-based gameplay to the lush locales to the range of satisfying weapons, explosives, and vehicles—there’s much to enjoy and appreciate. Added to the vast, diverse lineup of awesome artillery this time around are a set of superweapons and abilities calledSupremos.
Designed by former KGB spymaster Juan Cortez, Supremos are loaded backpacks laced with reusable “ultimate moves” that unleash carnage or grant abilities to Dani. They also double as a sort of customizable skill tree equivalent that can be laced with buffs and gadgets.

These havoc-wreaking “aces in the hole” can be fun to unleash on a whim, but it’s a good idea to learn the ins and outs of these unique tools of guerilla warfare first. This guide will serve as a blueprint that will highlight the key details involving Supremos inFar Cry, including each type, its traits, and how to earn it.

How To Unlock Supremos
As players progress and rank up, they’ll soon be able to unlock their first Supremo. Most of the Supremos can be purchased fromJuan Cortez or one of his Arms Dealers, usingDepleted Uraniumas a currency to exchange for one.
Following the completion of the mission,“Juan of a Kind,“players will have access to Juan’s services and will be able to obtain Supremos at his shop at the rebel headquarters ofZamok Archipielago.

Keep in mind, though, each of these Supremos requires players to reach a certain point in the game before they become available.
The seventh and final Supremo, theTriador,is a secret Supremo, and can be secured by finishing theTriada Relics quest. This involves seeking out thethree Triada relics, which are hidden

throughout the environment. Once they are all collected, go toOluwa Cave on Isla Santuarioand hand them in, and players will score the Triador.
Types Of Supremos
Below is a list of each of the seven Supremos and a brief description of their attributes, along with what they unlock (if anything), their unique mods (Supremo-specific buffs), and when they can be obtained.
Exterminador
This is the first that’s available to Dani, and also one of the best Supremos despite being available early on.
This aptly-named weapon fires off explosive rockets that have heat-seeking abilities, honing in on nearby targets and pummeling them with powerful blasts. These can annihilate ground troops and wreak havoc on Outposts, and even destroy vehicles such as choppers.

Fantasma
This Supremo disrupts foes by launching poisonous gas onto the scene and causes those in its wake to turn on each other. While amusing, this is a great way to distract enemies in Dani’s way and create chaos with ample distractions. Of course, this also doubles as a damage dealer indirectly, as troops will shoot at one another.

This Supremo comes in the form of three bombs, which are lobbed in an arc, and release the gas upon impact.
Volta
This Supremo unleashes an EMP wave that disables electronic equipment including vehicles, security systems, and turrets.
It also has the ability to knock over enemies and allows players to hijack vehicles, making for a real game-changer in a heated fight. It does little offensively, but it’s very disruptive and has a great range that can be upgraded.

Furioso
Far Cry 6arsonists will want to give this fun Supremo a try. It emits an explosive ring that scorches the ground and gravely burns all in its wake. This is great for dealing with numerous foes at once while damaging nearby vehicles and starting fires that can help protect Dani. It’s a good idea to exercise caution with this one though, as the spreading fires can be hazardous.

As a fun bonus, players can utilize this as a sort of short-burst jetpack to blast forward a bit in midair, extending the jump range of Dani.
Medico
For the survivalists and more cautious players, the Medico makes for a great alternative to the more chaotic Supremos. This one allows Dani to self-revive and swiftly heal themself, along with nearby allies. It does this with healing clouds that restore all in its reach.
This is useful enough flying solo, but it’s especiallygood when playing co-op,which is so prominently featured inFar Cry 6.

Gladiador
This one is great for those who favor a faster, more evasive game. It bumps up the movement speed and health of Dani.
It also allows for instant-death executions on any enemy regardless of position.

Triador
Often viewed as the most potent, useful Supremo, the Triador draws on Oluwas' power to mark and reveal foes that are in cover. This can be compounded with the La Varita rifle, as this coupling allows Dani to shoot through walls.

Considering this weapon is already very powerful, this becomes a truly lethal loadout for Dan.
Depleted Uranium
This critical resource can be found in the variousAnti-Aircraft sitesaround Yara. Players will want to seek outlarge yellow crates—displayed on the map and inventory screen in the form of a radiation warning icon.
Far Cry 6is available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Amazon Luna, and Google Stadia.
