WhileRed Dead Redemption 2is famed for its remarkable attention to detail, it’s interesting to see where things have slipped by the developers like this. The game has been out for almost five years now, and players are still finding new glitches. OneRed Dead Redemption 2glitch even makes Pearson float. Luckily, most of the glitches in the game are funny like this, rather than game-breaking. Most of the game-breaking bugs were patched out of the game years ago, although the game wasn’t exactly notoriously buggy upon release anyway.

The hilarious glitch was posted to Reddit by AimAssistYT, which shows one of the bridges in the game being extremely broken. When the player stands on the bridge, they’re flung the full distance across the map before dying in the water. When they respawn, they awaken on the island of Guarma, the island that makes up the majority ofRed Dead Redemption 2’s Chapter 5. WhileRed Dead Redemption 2’s storywas critically acclaimed upon release, the Guarma Chapter wasn’t the most popular with fans. However, it’s still an interesting way for players to explore the island after it’s supposed to be unavailable.
Players in the thread made light of the glitch, with one player enquiring how to get back from Guarma. It appears that the only solution to the problem is to reload the save, which is less than ideal if any progress has been made. If they really wanted to, they could do what another player did, andbuild a house in Guarma inRed Dead Redemption 2. For gamers wanting to try out this glitch for themselves, the user claimed that the bugged bridge can be found in Hennigan’s Stead in-game, which can only be accessed during the Epilogue of the game.
Right now, it doesn’t seem thatRed Dead Redemption 3is in active development. Developer Rockstar is fully focused onGTA 6with leaks for the game still being taken downafter the enormous breach last year. OnceGTA 6is released, hopefully Rockstar’s plans for the future of theRed Dead Redemptionfranchise will become much clearer to gamers, with no solid news on a sequel up to now.Red Dead Redemption 2sold brilliantly, so no sequel would definitely be a surprising move.
