The Test of Courage is a part of the new event called Akitsu Kimodameshi inGenshin Impact. Players can take part in three rounds with their desired character. To win the grand prize, Travelers and their partner must find a certain item inside a specific area in Chinju Forest before the other contestants.
There are a few requirements if players wish to participate in the newGenshin Impactevent. It’s crucial that travelers are Adventure Rank 30 or higher, have completed Ritou Escape Plan, and finished Chapter 2 - Act 1 of the Archon Quest. Once players enter the Test of Courage and complete the first round, the second one will begin shortly after.

Test Of Courage Round 2 Walkthrough In Genshin Impact
As players complete round one,they will encounter Ei inGenshin Impactwho tells them about Akitsu Yuugei. After playing the new game, the Test of Courage will be resumed and players can now participate in the second round. Upon arriving at the marked location, Arataki Itto will be there to speak with the Traveler, the Oni reveals that he intends to catch the three children who ran away and advise players to play normally in the next round.
Speak with the Shrine Maiden who sends players to find a partner, as it’s against the rules to go with the same one from the previous round.The availableGenshin Impactcharactersare Sayu, Thoma, and Yoimiya. Speak with the desired character, then return to the Shrine Maiden to begin the second round. The latter reveals the second item, which is a Fan.
Fan Location In The Akitsu Kimodameshi Genshin Impact Event
From the starting point, follow along the dirt path up ahead while ignoring the Onikabuto falling from the sky. Once a big set of stairs can be seen, head left and cross the river. A couple of signs can be seen in the distance.
Here, the path will split into two; left and right. To get the Fan inGenshin Impact, go right and climb the slope to find the Fan on the ground.
If players wish to hang out with their partner and hear some chilling stories, make sure to walk around in all directions before picking up the item. Each character has a different story to tell that’ll be triggered upon witnessing a strange occurrence in the Test of Courage.
For example, upon climbing the stairs to the shrine and hearing an ominous noise,Yoimiya tells theGenshin Impactstoryof how there are evil spirits locked inside the shrines that cause noises to attract victims. Once they are close enough, the spirit will leap out and lock the unfortunate soul inside the shrine to gain its freedom.
On the other hand,Genshin ImpactThoma will tell a storyupon witnessing a child’s shadow. He tells a Kaiden tale about how there were once four children always playing together until one mysteriously disappears. The rest couldn’t find him even after searching for a while. Suddenly, while the three children are playing, one of them smiles and says ‘He’s back’ while pointing at the fourth shadow on the ground.
