A newGenshin Impactleak reveals that a popular five-star character named Yoimiya will arrive alongside Nahida and Layla in the upcoming update 3.2. The game’s updates are usually divided into two separate banner cycles which include a different set of limited characters and weapons.
One of the most popular leakers in theGenshin Impactcommunity named SaveYourPrimos has revealed that Yoimiya could receive her third banner re-run. Her banner is apparently scheduled for the first part of the upcoming update which should arrive around November 7.

Yoimiya is astrongGenshin ImpactDPS characterwith a major focus on dealing damage to single targets. While she can be used as a sub-DPS or burst damage dealer, the fact that she does most or her damage with Normal Attacks means that she is best fit for the main DPS role. The majority of the community seems to be surprised by Yoimiya’s sudden banner appearances since she was recently featured on the second phase ofGenshin Impactupdate 2.8.
Another reason why fans are surprised is probably the fact that she is paired with the long-awaited Dendro Archon Nahida. The fact that Nahida is one of the most anticipated characters in the game led many players to believe that the banner would probably do well in terms of revenue even if Nahida was the only limited five-star character. Recent beta leaks forGenshin Impactupdate 3.2 have revealed most of her kit, andNahida will probably be a new Dendro support.
Players claim that she will be a must-have character for team compositions that rely on triggering one of thenew Dendro elemental reactions. Leakers have been hinting that Nahida’s Dendro application can hardly be matched by any other Dendro character in the game at the moment. Her elemental burst will have a large area of effect that reacts differently when exposed to Pyro, Hydro and Electro.
Both Yoimiya and Nahida will apparently be joined by a four-star character named Layla. This Rtawahist student will be a new Cryo character, and she seems to have a very similar play style to another Cryo character, the four-star support named Diona. Even though HoYoverse didn’t specify her weapon type, recent beta leaks confirmed that she is a sword user. The weapon banner will include the newcatalyst called A Thousand Floating Dreamswhich will serve as the signature weapon for the Dendro Archon.
Genshin Impactis available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
