WhileGenshin Impacthas confirmed the previously mentioned trio for Version 4.0, teasers and leaks have already hinted at several other characters expected to become playable within Fontaine. The game’s “Final Feast” trailer showed off several members of Fontaine’s expected roster including the Hydro Archon Furina and Fontaine’s Chief Justice Neuvillette, as well as others like Navia and Wriothesley. Leaks have also hinted at new characters from past regions with pre-existing NPC Cloud Retainer rumored to be joining the playable roster. Now, Skirk is the newest Fontaine character to see leaks about her playability.

A new leak shared by prominentGenshin Impactleaker Tao via fellow leaker Videre hasrevealed potential appearances for Skirk, as well as an estimate of her release window. The post includes several pieces of internal concept art for Skirk, seeing the character sport long faded blonde hair and an extravagant dress. Skirk has previously been rumored to debut asa Sword character withinGenshin Impact, with one piece of art showing her wielding a sword. A release window was not hard confirmed, however the leak suggested Skirk’s debut will come during the Fontaine cycle.

Skirk’s reveal comes as one of a plethora of characters fromGenshin Impact’s upcoming region expected to wield a Sword as their weapon of choice. Fontaine will release with one new Sword user added to the game, with Lynette confirmed to be an Anemo element Sword character.Other highly-anticipated characters like Arlecchinoand Furina have also been heavily rumored to use the popular weapon type. Swords currently stand as the most represented weapon amongGenshin Impactcharacters with 16 different Sword users.

Expected to debut with Version 4.0 in August, Fontaine is looking to bring plenty more toGenshin Impactthan just new characters.
