An image released alongside a recent announcement regardingHalo Infinite’s upcoming Operation: Fleetcom updatefeatured what appeared to be the infamous Haunted Helmet fromHalo: Reach. The Haunted was an attachment for the Pilot helmet that featured a human skull behind the visor. Players could only obtain the Haunted Helmet for 1 Credit after making it to the game’s highest rank, Inheritor, and purchasing every other helmet and attachment in the title. InHalo: The Master Chief Collection, the Haunted attachment was a reward for reaching Tier 100 in the compilation’s first season.

Possible New Armor in Halo Infinite Operation: Fleetcom

The image that was released alongside the Operation: Fleetcom announcement also showed off Spartans wearing what appeared to be the Operator and Security armor fromHalo Reach, two loadouts that have yet to be added toHalo Infinite. Many kits fromHalo: Reachended up appearing inHalo Infinite, including the armor sets of the Noble Team members, who are considered to be some of thestrongest Spartans in theHalouniverse.

Operation: Fleetcom, which is set to go live on July 30, will see the return of the VIP and Headhunter game modes fromHalo 3andHalo: Reach, respectively. The update will also deliver several quality-of-life improvements forHalo Infinite’s Forge, as well as add more than 1,000 voice lines from the series' iconic multiplayer announcer, Jeff Steitzer, to the in-game editor.

Halo Infiniteswitched from Seasons to shorter Operationsin early 2024. The latter system, which features a free 20-tier battle pass, usually runs for four to six weeks, unlikeHalo Infinite’s previous Seasons that lasted between three and six months.
