The issue is that the maximum inventory capacity for these coins is precisely this exact number; this means that if the player finds more coins, they won’t be able to keep them since they won’t fit in their bags. Thankfully, there’s an NPC in Medali that finds the extra coins, keeps them, and then gives them back. Reddit user 666haywoodst mentioned this NPC in their post recently, and it turns out that many players hadn’t found him yet. It’s best not to question why and how he magically gets ahold of them, and simply take them back and simply be grateful for his existence.
