While this might sound easy, none of the ex-Cerberus Officer’s messages actually tell players where to locate her exactly on the Citadel.

Where to Find Miranda in Mass Effect 3 (First Time)
After completing one mission or assignment after the priority mission “Palaven,” Shepard will receive a message from Miranda asking to meet at the Citadel. Players can find her by theViewing Deck at the Normandy Dock: Bay D24 location. This can be reached by exiting the Normandy or by using a Rapid Transit System terminal aboard theCitadel inMass Effect.
Miranda will tell Shepard about the concerns she has for her sister Oriana. If players want to continue aromance with Miranda inMass Effect 3, they should pick the “Nothing’s changed” dialogue option when speaking about their past relationship. It’s important to note that if Shepard breaks up with Miranda here, she will not survive the events of “Priority: Horizon.”
Where to Find Miranda in Mass Effect 3 (Second Time)
Players don’t actually get to meet Miranda again after her second message. Instead, they can speak with her through vid comm byfinding the Spectre Terminal in the Citadel Embassies location on the Citadel. If the dossier on Kai Leng fromAnderson inMass Effect 3has been read, Shepard will warn Miranda that Cerberus is after her. If she’s not informed, and players didn’t complete her loyalty mission inMass Effect 2, she will die during “Priority: Horizon.”
Where to Find Miranda in Mass Effect 3 (Third Time)
Miranda’s final message asks Shepard to meet her in a private room on the Citadel.This private room is located in the Apartments area of the Presidium Commons location. It’s important to give Miranda what she asks for here to keep her alive during “Priority: Horizon.” Those continuing aromance with Miranda fromMass Effect 2can also receive a small scene between the two and lock in their relationship.
