It’s unlikely that the online functionality of the game will be retained for its potential re-release on PC Game Pass, however. It earned mixed reviews from critics at the time of its release and was a commercial failure for Bethesda.
Elder Scrolls Games That You Can Play on Game Pass
The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguardreleased about a year afterAn Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire, and it too had features to make it stand out from the other games in the series. Whereas mostElder Scrollsgames are all about letting players create their own character,The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguardinstead stars Cyrus as the protagonist. The game fared better with critics thanBattlespire, but it still pales in comparison to the positive reception enjoyed by other games in the series, especially the titles that came after likeMorrowind,Oblivion, andSkyrim.
WhileThe Elder Scrolls Adventures: RedguardandAn Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespirearen’t nearly as popular as the other games in the series, it would still be great to see them preserved through PC Game Pass, making the classic titles much more accessible to modern audiences. In the meantime, it will be interesting to see if the otherElder Scrollsgames missing from PC Game Pass make the jump as well.
