8Tom
Tom the shipwright may not be the strongest or most well-known character, but his tremendous paternal influence on Franky and Iceburg cannot be overstated. Tom’s legacy and values as an excellent adoptive father and artisan live on through Franky and Iceburg. He was not the type to shy away from the consequences of his work.

7Kyros
Many of the series' main characters were first seen in theOne Pieceanime during the Dressrosa arc.Kyros, a famed gladiator, is just one of many memorable figures in the book. Kyros is a ruthless and fierce gladiator. He was admired because of his reputation as the Coliseum champion.
Kyros' daughter Rebecca’s birth changed him despite his previous life as a gladiator. It bothered Kyros that his hands would be smeared with blood from delivering Rebecca. 6Garp
As a father ofMonkey D. Dragon, Garp’s parenting techniques remain unknown. Nevertheless, as a grandfather to Luffy, the series' protagonist, Garp’s influence on his life cannot be exaggerated. Garp had taken care of Luffy since he was young. Garp took care of Luffy in ways that were unusual as a grandfather, but he did everything in his power to make sure Luffy was happy.
He made sureLuffy became strongby training him in a variety of odd methods because the pirate world ofOne Pieceis full of risks and misfortunes at every turn. Being the free-willed individual that he is, Luffy chose to become a pirate rather than a member of the Marines, despite Garp’s wishes.

5Nefertari Cobra
Bringing up children in an affluent and joyful environment is a challenge for everyone, even a king. Nefeltari Cobra, being the modest man that he is, modeled humility in his parenting of his daughter Vivi. She had complete freedom to do as she pleased, and he never reprimanded her when she got into fights with youngsters from commoner households.
Cobra, like any other protective parent, was concernedabout Vivi’s well-beingand frequently followed her secretly. When it came to his daughter’s happiness, he was willing to go past a lot, like when Vivi missed her coronation to say farewell to the Straw Hat pirates. 4Neptune And Otohime

As the father of Ryuboshi, Manboshi, Fukaboshi, and Shirahoshi, Neptune did a splendid job of raising them, even though he comes off as overprotective when it comes to his daughter. Like their mother, all four children try not to hate humans, regardless of whatever atrocities they commit against fishmen as they accept that not all humans are evil. As a father, Neptune is willing to do anything for his daughter, as seen after the conclusion of the Reverie, where he almost acted out against a celestial dragon for trying to take her.
3Kozuki Oden And Toki
The legendary samurai and former Daimyo of Kuri ofthe land of Wano, Kozuki Oden, and his wife Toki were wonderful parents. Although they both did not spend much time with their children due to a series of unfortunate events caused by Kaido and Orochi, the values they were imbued with still remain.
Like Oden, Toki would do anything for their children, sacrificing herself when they are endangered and doing her best to move them out of danger. When Oden and Toki were at sea, they were very attentive to Momonosuke and Hiyori, taking care of their every need. After Oden and Toki’s deaths, Momonosuke and Hiyori were left traumatized as two of the most important people in their lives abruptly left them.

2Portgas D. Rouge
Portgas D. Rouge, the mother of Portgas D. Ace and lover of the then-pirate king, Gol D. Roger, beautifully exemplifies the adoring love a mother has for her child. Rouge was heartbroken about Roger’s death. Knowing that she and Roger were expecting, Rouge made sure Ace was delivered healthily.
Upon Roger’s passing, the International Community began looking for a successor. Rouge concealed the pregnancy for as long as she could to prevent the World Government from learning she was expecting. Ace was born after 20 months instead of 9 months, while Rouge died shortly after her anomalous delivery. Ace adopted his mother’s surname as a gesture of gratitude for all she had done for him.

1Bell-mère
Bell-mère, the foster mother of Nami and Nojiko, was a former marine. On the verge of death, a young Nojiko carrying a baby Nami appeared before her. Seeing Nami’s innocence toward the surrounding bloodshed gave her hope and a newfound resolve to live and take care of Nami and Nojiko.
Notwithstanding her financial difficulties, Bell-mère made sacrifices to support Nami and Nojiko. Nami may not have been her biological daughter, but she loved her as if she were. Whilethe nefarious pirate Arlongdemanded money for each life, Bell-mère sacrificed her life to save her daughters. Because she could not afford to pay for all three of them, Bell-mère paid for Nami and Nojiko while telling them she loved them before Arlong shot her.
