AlthoughPlanet Zoofeatures well over 150 adorable species of animals, one of the best things about the game is designing and building beautiful and immersive zoos. With hundreds or even thousands of building assets and nature props, the sky is the limit for aspiring zoo managers. Thankfully with the Steam Workshop, players can also upload their creations however big or small.

Planet Zoo Pride Rock Blueprint

Other players around the world can then download these blueprints for free and incorporate them into their own builds. Over the years many amazing blueprints have been made by the community, ranging from small custom props and nature scenes to habitats and even entire zoos. The only caveat to this is that if an item in the blueprint belongs toa certain DLC pack, then the player must own that DLC to place the blueprint in their zoo.

7Pride Rock

It is easy to see why the iconic Pride Rock from one ofthe best Disney films,The Lion King, has been recreated inPlanet Zoo. This imposing rock formation looks incredible in any African-themed zoo and of course, is perfect for a Lion habitat.

Amazingly this blueprint isn’t just a sight for the eyes, as Lions and most other animals can actually enter the rock and use it as a shelter from the rain or the gaze of the public. Providing hard shelter for animals is one ofthe most important things to do inPlanet Zoo.

Planet Zoo Modern Staff Rooms

6Modern Staff Rooms

Animals and guests aren’t the only ones who need to be kept happy inPlanet Zoo, and without a happy and healthy workforce, zoos cannot thrive. With that in mind, players can download this “Modern Staff Rooms” blueprint and provide their staff with a state-of-the-art workspace.

Built in the new world style with plenty of greenery, this blueprint manages to compact multiple staff buildings into one beautiful space. The only tricky thing is installing the paths, but thankfully the creator has provided a tutorial on the Workshop page.

5Waterfalls

Planet Zoohas the potential to be one ofthe best-looking gamesin the hands of excellent builders. Thankfully the average player can cheat this by downloading scenic blueprints such as this stunning double waterfall.

Decorated with tropical foliage and rocks, this water feature is perfect for being placed between two habitats or simply being part of the scenery. If players want to find more blueprints in this style they should check outBlissBombs workshopwhich is full of similar examples.

This is also a great blueprint for newer players who are still trying to figure outall ofPlanet Zoo’ssecrets, as they can simply place this and instantly display nine different exhibit species, all without having to do the hard work.

3Bear Cave Entrance

Making sculptures out of rocks is no new thing inPlanet Zoo, but one of the best and most iconic is this “Bear Cave Entrance.” What makes this particular sculpture so good is that it is designed to be incorporated into a habitat.

Naturally, the various species of Bear inPlanet Zoowould be most at home here, and players can watch them pass through or even sleep under the sculpted Bear head. The arms and paws form a natural boundary for a habitat, but players are free to experiment once they have imported the blueprint into their own zoo.

2Aquapark Dome

While many ofthe most wanted animals forPlanet Zooare marine animals, those that do exist in the game could barely ask for a better home than the “Aquapark Dome.” This blueprint is absolutely stunning and every aspect of it draws the eye.

Incredibly this stunning dome features three enclosures in which players can home their desired species, as well as four exhibits for smaller creatures, with facilities for guests and staff too.

1Yin And Yang Panda Enclosure

There are many blueprints available on the Steam Workshop forPlanet Zoothat have been inspired by real animal enclosures from zoos around the world. Arguably the most beautiful of these is the ‘Yin and Yang Panda Enclosure’ inspired by Copenhagen Zoo.

Players who can’t get enough of all things Asia in their games will love this design which incorporates the yin and yang symbol with multiple layers which the Pandas can descend into. The only problem with this habitat is that players might havea stressful time managingthe stress of the Pandas who want more privacy.
