Pokemon GO’s Autumn event is now live, running from now until October 12. ThePokemon GOAutumn event also includes a new Timed Research quest for players to complete, which will be available in the game during the Autumn event and until October 20. AnyPokemon GOplayers that manage to complete the new Timed Research, The Seasons Change, will be rewarded withGen 5 Pokemon Deerlingfor their efforts.
Like usual, thePokemon GOSeasons Change Research is divided into multiple steps, with each page having three different objectives for players to complete. Completing these objectives is worthwhile, asPokemon GOplayers are given additional rewards for their efforts. Players have until October 20 to complete all the steps, and since they’re timed, some may want to know what the objectives are ahead of time.

Transfer 5 Pokemon - Shroomish encounter
Rewards: 500 Stardust, 500 XP, Vulpix encounter
The first part of thePokemon GOSeasons Change Research is pretty straight-forward. Players simply have to play the game like normal, catching Pokemon and transferring them.Getting Nice Throws inPokemon GOis pretty simple as well; just throw the Pokeball so that it hits inside the Pokemon’s circle.

Use 3 Razz Berries to help catch Pokemon - 5 Razz Berries
Use 3 Nanab Berries to help catch Pokemon - 5 Nanab Berries
Use 3 Pinap Berries to help catch Pokemon - 5 Pinap Berries
Rewards: 500 Stardust, 500 XP, 3 Revives
Part 2 is also self-explanatory. While out catching Pokemon,Pokemon GOplayers should be sure to use the recommendedBerries. If a Pokemon is fed a berry and then manages to kick out of a Pokeball, players will have the opportunity to feed them another berry and try again, which will help them complete the tasks even faster.

Earn 1 heart with your Buddy - 750 Stardust
Earn a Candy walking with your Buddy - 750 Stardust
Rewards: 750 Stardust, 750 XP, 1 Silver Pinap Berry
The third step of thePokemon GOSeasons Change Timed Research is a bit more involved than the previous two steps. In this step, players will need to interact with theirBuddy Pokemon, first by giving them treats, and then by earning a heart with them.Pokemon GOplayers can earn hearts with their buddy by playing with them, battling with them, and just generally completing tasks with them by their side. And finally,Pokemon GOplayers can complete the last task by going on a walk with their Pokemon and walking enough to earn a candy.
Part 4
The Seasons Change Research inPokemon GOdoesn’t have any actual tasks for players to complete for Part 4. All they need to do is collect their rewards, which will consist of three sets of 1,000 XP initially, then 1,000Stardust, another 1,000 XP reward, and finally, the Deerling encounter.
