Reddit user Content_Record5919 caught 12 shiny Pokemon on a single walk. In the screenshot they shared, Stunfisk, Chinchou, and Dwebble appear with the highest CP, which are 1282, 935, and 899. The player’s catches are mostly Gen 2 Pokemon, with Spinarak, Pineco (caught twice), Teddiursa, Ampharos, and Chinchou. The other generations appear with Koffing and Magnemite (Gen 1), Zigzagoon (Gen 3), Starly (Gen 4), and Dwebble (Gen 5). Some shiny Pokemon don’t have notable changes, but others are considered some of thebest looking shiny Pokemon inPokemon GO. On the player’s list, Ampharos, Teddiursa, Pineco, and Zigzagoon stand out, as they are the Pokemon with the most radical visual change from their default versions.
In the comments, thePokemon GOcommunity was amazed at the player’s luck. One Redditor jokingly said that the OP “had more luck in one day than they had in two months,” and another said that in three years they hadn’t had this much success with shiny Pokemon. A third trainer expressed their frustration at having gone out every day duringPokemon GO’s Fashion Week, and not getting a single hundo or shiny. Another player asked how many hours they walked to find so many shiny Pokemon, and they revealed that they spent five to six hours walking with their girlfriend.
