Pokemon Legends: Arceuswas released only a couple of weeks ago, and since then, many fans of the series have been checking out the game. Set inthe ancient Hisui region, this latest installment in the series looked to mix things up by looking to the past. As a result, many objects received a new appearance to reflect the ancient time period. Among the redesigns featured in the game was one for the Poke Ball.
Since the very beginning of the franchise,Pokemon trainers have used Poke Ballsto catch Pokemon. As the name suggests, they are small spherical containers with a red upper half and white lower half. InPokemon Legends: Arceus, these balls received a new design featuring a slightly more rustic look. Instead of the shiny metallic surfaces, they now had a brownish color as certain parts of the orb appeared to be made out of wood. Recently, one gamer decided to capture this new yet old design in an original piece of art.
