That being said, seven years is an incredibly long time to wait for a new installment, and fans have started to get restless. The latest news regarding the highly anticipated title comes in the form of a job posting on Rockstar Games' career page.

Rockstar recently posted a job application on their career page for a Technical Build Engineer. A position that requires experience with various programming languages and excellent communication skills. Though, something to note is that the job description mentions that the candidate will “work closely with developers and QA to ensure builds are stable upon release.” This strongly implies that Rockstar is working on a new project and requires additional staff. This job listing does appear to coincide with what Rockstar mentioned at the beginning of the year in terms of expectingGrand Theft Autonews.

Nothing about this job post necessarily guarantees that Rockstar is working onGrand Theft Auto 6,it just means that they require a Technical Build Engineer.
