Set five years after the events of the previous title,Star Wars Jedi: Survivorfollows Cal Kestis on a brand-new adventure across the galaxy. Like with his previous journey, he is still being pursued by the Empire and its goons, but while fleeing from them, he will have several chances to find and complete side quests.

Some, however, can only be pursued after reaching a certain point in the game’s main story. TheInvestigate Dredger Gorge’s Rusted Elevator Rumoris no exception, and completing it is no easy feat.
How To Start The Investigate Dredger Gorge’s Rusted Elevator Rumor In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Players can begin their search for the Dredger Gorge’s Rusted Elevatorupon visiting Kobohfor the third timeafter saving Zee from the Lucrehulk. Cal will learnForce Slamduring this part of the story, an ability needed to reach the area in which this Rumor is located.
The quest-giver can be foundsitting on a container beneath the Landing Padnext toPyloon’s Saloon, and once Cal interacts with her, he will be free to begin the quest. Though this Prospector will point Cal in the right direction, it’s possible to complete this Rumor without ever interacting with her if players stumble across the location naturally.
How To Find The Dredger Gorge’s Rusted Elevator In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Once players are ready to check out the Rusted Elevator,they should fast-travelto theSouthern Reach Meditationpoint and run across the nearby wall until they are faced with theTrontoshell.
Turning in the direction the large beast is facing, Cal will then need to useForce Slamand the large cylindrical device to create a path forward.
Using this device tojump into the next area, Cal will get attacked by a group of droids and a Raider. Once they have all been dealt with, hugging the cliff side on the right and continuing into the far end of this area will lead Cal to anOrb Coupler.
If players wish, they can finda Priorite Shardon the ledgedirectly above the Orb Couplerby jumping on the climbable wall to the right.
Cal must useForce Pull on the Orbtothrow it onto the yellow platformbehind him. Then, he can leap on top of this yellow structure, use Force Pull on the Orb once more, andplace it in the other Orb Couplerto Cal’s right. This will cause the Orb Coupler to emit a purple beam that will burn through theKoboh Barrierblocking the way inside the mountain.
How To Complete The Investigate The Dredger Gorge’s Rusted Elevator Rumor In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Proceeding through the mountain’s new opening, Cal will find aHack Panelthat, when interacted with, willspawn a Roller Mine.
Leaving through the door he just came in, Cal must useForce Pulltobring the Roller Mine outside. It can then be lured to theright-hand side of the entrance, where it can bethrown at the destructible wallto create a second entrance.
Once the wall has been removed, Cal can proceed inside and useBD-1’s Koboh Grinder abilitytoremove the Koboh Matter on the gratehanging over the Hack Panel. Then, he can run across the two walls andleap to the grateto climb up to the next level.
Players can then proceed through the door leading outside to find aForce Essencethat, when interacted with, will reward Cal with aNew Perk Slot. Once it has been collected, a prompt will appear, marking the completion of the Investigate Dredger Gorge’s Rusted Elevator Rumor.
