Rocksteady Studios is known for putting in many exciting easter eggs in theBatman: Arkhamgames and it seems thatSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leagueis no exception. Players can roam around Metropolis and discover some of the best easter eggs inSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leaguethat reference other DC Comics properties and events, with some, even being ones that audiences and readers might not have expected.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leagueoften has a deep cut in the DC world, and players can find an abundance of easter eggs and references to the DC Universe. WithSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leaguebeing a live-service game, perhaps even more easter eggs will pop up, or even more will be discovered.

10Zatanna The Magician
Found On Posters At Cain Theater In The Wonderland District
Located all around Metropolis, players will be able to spot a few posters advertising Zatanna’s show. This character has been referenced and teased in previousBatman: Arkhamgames, which is a nice touch, considering her relationship with Bruce Wayne and Batman. Now touring across Metropolis and showcasing her talents as a magician who can cast spells by saying them backwards, it’s a curiosity in itself where Zatanna is.
Asplayers ofSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leaguemight know, Green Lantern has spent 3 weeks under Brainiac’s control, gathering up Metahumans. Perhaps Zatanna fell victim to Green Lantern’s hunt. Or, hopefully, using her strong magic capabilities and talents as a showman, she managed to escape.

9The Batman: Arkham Museum
Found In The Batman Experience Building In Bakerline
The Batman Experience is an exciting building players can find in Metropolis, and within, they will be able to take a tour with commentary from Jack Ryder. This tour guides players through the events ofBatman: Arkham Asylum, all the way through toBatman: Arkham Knightand beyond, with the first meeting of Superman and Batman recorded as part of this museum. There’s a lot of love for this museum, and it featuresmany iconic callbacks.
Players can find cardboard cutouts and descriptions of classic Batman villains, like Killer Croc, Deathstroke, Titan Joker, Bane, and even the classicArkham Asylumnurse Harley Quinn. Coming to the Batman Experience is definitely worth checking out for the abundance of Arkham lore found within.

8A Classic Arkhamverse Game Over Fakeout
Mission-Unfailed Pays Homage To Batman: Arkham Asylum
When players fight Batman in his secret Metropolis batcave, Harley hatches a plan to overdose on fear toxin. Task Force X isn’t very bright, but it seems that 5 years in Arkham havehelped Harley hone some new talents, and when it’s time to overdose, the Demon Batman appears like the classicBatman: Arkhamgame over screens, providing players with some dialogue as he looks straight at the camera.
Text appears saying Mission Failed, but Harley is quick to scrub that out and replace it with Mission Un-Failed. A “fakeout” of this caliber was also seen inBatman: Arkham Aslyum, where Batman is shot in the face by Joker, given a game over screen that states to use the “middle button” to dodge the bullet, but hitting retry advances the story.

7Wally West As The Flash & Hal Jordan As Green Lantern
Found In Earth-2’s Justice Day Posters
When playerscross into their first Elseworld of Earth-2, they might find a few surprises. Not only is there a much scruffier, and hairier Lex Luthor, but the posters found over Metropolis celebrating Justice Day feature a few surprising faces. To distance itself from Earth-1, these Earth-2 Justice Day posters feature the iconic Justice League, but with a few altered faces.
Barry Allen’s Flash is replaced by Wally West, noticed by the outfit change and the red hair. Not only that, but John Stewart’s Green Lantern has been replaced by Hal Jordan, seen with the domino mask and all. It’s a great touch, and fans wonder what other easter eggs like this could feature as more Elseworlds are unlocked.

North Building Facing The Ocean Of The Central Business District
Whilst many might see Kite-Man and shout “Hell yeah!”, finding this easter egg will provide nothing but a “Hell no!” The weird Batman villain was revamped thanks to Tom King’sBatmanrun in DC Comics, and it seems this popularity saw him propel to new heights, albeit, with strong winds that ended up crushing him between his kite and a wall.
Players can find a large green kite stuck to a wall, with a body clearly squished between the two. Hopefully, this is just a Kite-Man imposter, but who would want to impersonate that guy? It’s safe to say that Kite-Man is now jam on the side of a building.

5Peacemaker Demands Peace In Metropolis
Found Graffiti On A Wall In North Bakerline
A character truly propelled into the pop culture mainstream thanks to James Gunn and John Cena, Peacemaker made strong impressions inThe Suicide Squad(2021) and in his HBO show,Peacemaker(2022). This character has since gone on to star in more DC Comics, as well as take the appearance of a fighter inMortal Kombat 1. Nobody can get enough of Peacemaker, and Peacemaker himself can’t get enough of peace.
Players can find graffiti in Metropolis tagged with the writing “Eat peace mother#######!” Next to this art, is his iconic dove symbol, as well as his shiny toilet bowl helmet, and his pet eagle, Eagley. It would be great if this meant Peacemaker iscoming to bring peace to Metropolis; so long as the voice remains as John Cena.

4Booster Gold & Blue Beetle
Found On Buildings In The Central Business District
There’s no duo like Booster Gold and Blue Beetle, two characters that are equal parts heroic and screw-ups. Michael Carter and Ted Kord are the best of friends, and they were even on Justice League International for a time together. Both characters seem to have a residence in Metropolis, but neither of them is actually seen in the flesh or mentioned outside of the City of Tomorrow.
Booster Gold International is a clear reference to the 25th-century hero who traveled back in time to join the ranks of the Justice League, and Kord Industries is referencing the industry that rivals the technology of LexCorp and Wayne Industries, thanks to the genius of Ted Kord and his crime-fighting tech.

3Black Manta Rises
Found On A Wall In Racine
It’s assumed canon that Black Manta and Aquaman exist in this universe. While there are no direct callings to either, the fact that King Shark is alive and well makes it pretty obvious, especially when he mentions Atlantis my name a few times. An often-forgotten member of the Suicide Squad, and an incredible villain, Black Manta, has some graffiti that can be found in Metropolis.
Hopefully, this is a tease that Black Manta will be playable inSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, as this Aquaman-hating fishbowl-wearing villain would make a great addition to the team, even if he doesn’t exactly work well with others.

2Batman Stalks Task Force X
Found On Rooftops Randomly
Learning that Batman has been turned into a killer by Brainiac is upsetting, but coming face-to-face with him as he hunts each member of Task Force X is beyond terrifying. Once players see firsthand that this is now an evil and corrupted Batman, he can be heard on the hacked radio giving orders to Brainiac’s forces and berating Task Force X. Yet, that’s not the scariest part.
If players look up, they might just find Batman looking down at them from a nearby rooftop. Batman will survey and watch the Suicide Squadduring their time in Metropolis. It’s creepy and awesome to see Batman stalking his prey, but shooting or getting too close will have him smoke bomb out of there.

1Tributes To Kevin Conroy & Arleen Sorkin
Found In The Hall Of Justice’s Inner Sanctum
Kevin Conroy was the iconic voice of Batman for decades, and he sadly passed away in 2022. This was a great loss in the pop culture community, as Kevin Conroy was beloved for his work as Batman, especially in theArkhamgames. Equally sad, Arleen Sorkin passed away in 2023, the original voice and inspiration of Harley Quinn, who last featured inBatman: Arkham Asylum. The loss of these two talents was heartbreaking, and Rocksteady Studios gave them immortalized tributes in the game.
Heading to the Hall of Justice’s inner sanctum, players can find plaques on the wall dedicated to the memory of both Kevin Conroy and Arleen Sorkin. These plaques show the year they were born and the year they passed, with a symbol of their iconic character beside their name. It’s a fitting tribute to legends.
