Jingliu’s entire kit focuses on buffing herself up and dealing massive damage. As one ofHonkai: Star Rail’s destruction units, she will be able to target three enemies at once, with one enemy getting the worst of it and two adjacent getting caught in the crossfire. As a DPS, it is typical to assume that players should level up all ofHonkai: Star Rail’s Jingliu’s traces. This is not the case; her normal attack is not priority in the slightest and should be left alone. Every other trace, however, should be leveled. Her skill is especially high priority, as it allows Jingliu to enter a special state that deals more damage. Her base-level skill allows her to gain up to three stacks of Syzygy; when she hits two she enters the aforementioned special state with several benefits:
Players should wait to use her ultimate for when she’s in her special state, as this will give her another stack of Syzygy and extend her special state. Her burst targets one main enemy and two adjacent to her. To do more damage, players should carefully considerwhat relics are best for Jingliu. She should take advantage of ice damage boosting sets like 4pc Hunter of Glacial Forest. Since she gives herself so much crit rate, her 2pc set should be Rutilant Arena. Ideal stats include a crit damage body piece, SPD boots, an ice orb, and an attack link rope.
Honkai: Star Rail’s Jingliu’s team compsare fairly open and can follow the typical team template: a DPS (Jingliu), a healer, a support, and a flexible slot. A healer is absolutely priority for her team since she will be draining her team’s HP in her special state. When it comes to considerJingliu’s best light cones, she has a good few options. Some of her best are On the Fall of an Aeon from Herta’s store and A Secret Vow from gacha banners. Her signature light cone is always ideal, however it is understandable that not every player will have saved up enough for both Jingliu and her light cone.
