[UPDATE: The supposed leaker has now stated that the NDA he provided was fake and that the following information is not true. In his comment, the leaker apologizes forfaking thisElder Scrolls 6leak. Original story follows.]

When it comes to big titles in the gaming industry, video game leaks should be taken with a massive grain of salt. This is often obvious because the leaker provides no proof as to his or her authenticity, but the latestElder Scrolls 6leak does just that. It should still be taken with some skepticism, but it’s clearly no run-of-the-millElder Scrolls 6rumor or leak.

In response to another user (and then submitted to the moderator of the Subreddit), the aforementioned leaker provides a NDA proving he or she was sworn to silence overThe Elder Scrolls 6. Now, this could have been faked, but the response time is reportedly incredibly quick making that seem less likely. Things are also still subject to change and the leaker said this information came as a result of the ongoing pandemic, so with that said, here’s what the leaker had to say.

TitledThe Elder Scrolls 6: Redfall, it will take place in both High Rock and Hammerfell, set six years afterSkyrim. Hammerfell is a relatively well-off nation, at least in comparison to the rest of Tamriel. High Rock is more fractured with subregions warring against each other. This is designed to lead to “huge, epic battle scenes with dozens, if not hundreds” of characters duking it out on screen, which was particularly design to support theOrcs' warwith High Rock. Apparently, Orcs will charge down a mountain and pillage a city known as Jehanna at some point during the main story.

The Direnni Tower is a main part of the core questline, being compared to the White-Gold Tower inOblivion, with the climax of the story taking place on the Isle of Balfiera. Ship travel exists in the game as such, which is built offStarfield’s vehicle mechanics. Several different ships including a rowboat to a pirate ship offer light customization and can be crewed by NPCs.Daggerfallis said to be “the biggest city Bethesda has ever built.”

Unique quests are said to be a priority, with the leaker detailing a side quest about baby sitting a trio ofKhajitchildren who go haywire without their mother. It’s still in the conceptual stages but are reportedly rude, wreck the house, and kill and eat a skeever. The mother returns upset, andElder Scrolls 6players can either calm her down or engage her in combat. The latter option puts the kittens in the nearby orphanage.

Finally, theElder Scrolls 6leaker states it’ll release in Q4 2024, with a DLC planned on Stros M’kai. His final comment is thatStarfieldwill release in 2021, with this reportedly being all the leaker knows. There a few spots that raise eyebrows, such as how the Thalmor-besieged Hammerfell is so stable and how concepts for a DLC could exist so early, but as far as leaks go, it seemingly has better credentials than most.
