Players who fully evolve their Rowlet to Decidueye during the event will be rewarded with a Charged Attack known as Frenzy Plant, which deals 100 power during Trainer, Gym, and Raid Battles. Frenzy Plant can also be found inVenusaur’sPokemon GOmoveset. Dedicueye will be able to learn Spirit Shackle once the event launches. This deals 50 power during Trainer Battles and 70 power in Gyms and Raids. It also has the chance to lower the opponent Pokemon’s Defense, but this effect is only available against trainers.
Pokemon GO’s Post-Community Day Raid Battle for January 2024 Will Feature Dartrix
Players who miss out on the July 21, 2025 event will get the chance to catch up on the Rowlet hype by joining a limited-time Four-Star Raid Battle featuring Dartrix, the critter’s evolution. This will last from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. There will also be increased chances of Rowlet spawning around the Gym that hosts the raid for 30 minutes. Only those who have Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes can participate in this event.

ThePokemon GOJanuary 2024 Community Day event’s Field Research will reward players with additional encounters with Rowlet every time they catch it. They’ll also get bonus Ultra Balls and Star Dust with every successful capture of the featured Pokemon.
