ATears of the Kingdomplayer called Space_Dweeb recently shared a short clip in which it’s possible to see Link dying in a very weird way on a trampoline. In the video, Hyrule’s hero jumps on top of the platform, which is located in a flying ruin, but gets paralyzed while falling and stops moving completely. Then, the trampoline keeps tossing the character in the air several times, taking only a quarter of a heart at a time. While Space_Dweeb joked that Link “broke his back,” the issue was probably caused due to a weird physics interaction with the character.

In the comments of the Reddit post, most gamers thought the scene was hilarious, and was made even funnier by the fact that Tulin was there just standing around while it all happened, and simply didn’t do anything to help.Tulin from Rito Village is one of Link’s companions, so it would have made sense for the flying character to help.

While it’s hard to say how much of the physics interaction that caused Link’s death in the video is unintended, Nintendo is working hard to fix issues withTears of the Kingdom. Sometimes, however, that ends up annoying players. Recently, fans were angry that thenew update fixedZelda’s frozen meat glitch. This popular trick helped several gamers to make money quite quickly, and it was very useful to get resources that could be used in crafting or some other activity. Because of that, many players are deciding to stop updating their games.
